Strengths:	Super quiet. Its hard to tell its even on sometimes; the night light feature is nice when youre getting up in the morning or in the middle of the night. Its just enough light;heater works great on those cold mornings
Weaknesses:	I needed to hire an electrician to install it. It wasnt as easy as the instructions say (that could just be me, though).

I heard Panasonic made the best ventilation fans and now I believe it. The fan is the quietest I have ever heard. It works great, looks good, and was worth the price. I would recommend to anyone.

Panasonic makes one of the quietiest bathroom fans. Chassis is very well made; all interior parts are also contained and well made. Panasonic did not cut corners designing this fan Install was a retro fit and very easy.
